Before any flooring material is fitted it is important that the Subfloor is thoroughly checked for moisture. Using the latest Tramex surveying equipment JLR Floors offer a Moisture survey. Once we have assessed the results we will discuss with you in detail the outcome of the survey and if moisture is found to be present we will also offer advice and solutions to resolve the issues.

 Subfloor preparation is a very important part of fitting a new floor. Uneven floors will create a wear point on your carpet and vinyl and and will affect the appearance of the end finish especially on floor tiles. We offer a full service from:

• Applying Plywood, hardboard
• Applying smoothing compounds

We offer testing both on and off site for tools, flooring products/materials and workwear.
